Euan Reed Games (games.euanreed.com) is operated by WANYX B.V., Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number TODO, registered address TODO. Contact: games@euanreed.com.

When you join the guest list we store your email address, your language, the topics you chose, the consent text and its version, the page where you signed up, and the times you signed up, confirmed and unsubscribed. To stop abuse we also store a keyed hash of your IP address.

We collect no names. The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking and no analytics.

We use these details only to send you news about new games and stories, and only after you confirm your address through the link in our email. The legal basis is your consent.

The guest list is for people aged 16 or older. Our kids' products are bought by parents. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Unconfirmed signups and IP hashes are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe.

We use Supabase (database), Microsoft 365 (email delivery) and Lovable (website hosting). Data regions: TODO.

Payhip and other stores sell our products as independent sellers or resellers. Their privacy policies apply to the data you give at checkout.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in our emails or by email to games@euanreed.com.

You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
